Moving Images for a Property Management Website.

This is a wonderful JavaScript program which allows the audience to interact with image objects on the screen and move them. Click and drag the objects below and they will move to wherever you put them.

We have used an architectural floorplan and some moveable furniture to demonstrate another aspect of web design which is very useful to many websites.

Our floorplan and furniture objects were created in Adobe Photoshop. We went to the apartment building, took measurements, and then went to furniture stores for further measurements.

This would be a great feature for a property management company to include in their website. A page such as this would give potential renters the opportunity to explore the space in an apartment without actually having to see it first.

An interior design company could also make use of a page such as this, again, to give potential clients an opportunity to explore space and to see the potential in their own homes without having to actually move the furniture. Once the perfect floorplan fit is achieved, the could go ahead and rearrange.
