Radio Button: Can be set to choose one item only or as many as the form designer sees fit. Text Box: An input area and can be set to hold as much text as wanted or needed. Checkbox: The check box has only two states on or off. Once checked the form has to cleared to turn it off. This can be a submit or clear button, and can be modified to execute other form functions.
